There has been a lot of chatter lately about how the brand portion of client’s budgets is not being spent in the online space. Start to think about what clients expect from online advertising and how expectations for online campaigns need to be communicated. Although we have some robust reporting capabilities online it is not solely meant for direct response campaigns. Set-up Key Performance Indicators with the client before you launch and think about engaging the user beyond the click.
